The stones were the most reasonable I could find online. I ended up needing to process a return and she sent a free return label to ship the stones back. I highly recommend Eclecticarat!

I’ve purchased loose diamonds from several other companies before, and none of them have come close to the level of customer service and care that I experienced with Dorothy at EclectiCarat. Dorothy completed two rounds of QC checks before my diamond got shipped to me, which helped me to feel very confident about how satisfied and happy I would be with the diamond when I received it.
The diamond itself is beautiful, and even if I had not loved it, I found the return policy to be very generous. Dorothy kept me updated at every step of the process from order to delivery, and was even kind enough to talk with me about my thoughts on a setting design for my diamond. This experience with EclectiCarat was an absolute pleasure. I will definitely continue using EclectiCarat, and highly recommend any and everyone to try them as well!

I was looking for 2 diamond rings for my daughters. Dorothy brought me into the world of loose diamonds, I knew nothing about it. She was able to walk me through everything step by step. And was so patient with me. I was nervous buying something sight unseen. She answered any and all questions I came up with for her with knowledgeable answers.
She worked with pictures and videos. Very visual.
Once I got the rings I was so highly pleased. The rings are absolutely Stunning.
